Innovative. Smart. Simple. Affordable.
Reinvent your theatre experience.
Our Mission: Explore the rich variety of work available to small groups of locally-based talent, emphasizing the passion, humor, and creativity of intimate theatrical performances, while making the vital diversity of the modern imagination available to everyone who seeks enlightenment about the human condition.
Class 6 Theatre is the smallest professional company in the Valley. All artists are paid; in fact, they're our greatest asset, representing 50% of our budget. That said, our budget is small. We are a lean, tough little organization and we are always trimming the fat.
We've brought you 7 wildly innovative seasons - 24 productions, 7 staged reading events, 3 benefit performances, and 3 fundraiser events!
We've won 20 grants and awards in the last 7 years and we are still looking for ways to cut expenses without sacrificing the quality of the shows. Paying our artists means raising more money. But our fiercely loyal donor base has, time and time again, kept us afloat with their generosity.
We produce strong, focused work from small groups of local artists. Small, conceptual, innovative theatre that feeds your brain, nourishes your soul, and slaps you with the funny stick. We emphasize variety. No genre restrictions, nothing predictable. Dare the unexpected.
Join the ranks and become part of the scrappiest little company in town.
Patron, donor, volunteer... any way you look at it, we need YOU.
